It was like firm tofu, now it's like feta. It's got to sit a couple days on a cheese mat before it's ready.
Update:
Feta turned out great. I put most of it in a light brine solution to eat in the future, and I put the rest in some milk. It is extremely salty. The milk is supposed to take away some of the salt - which it did. It tastes fabulous!
